Lakewood Guest Bathroom Addition

This Lakewood home had 3 bedrooms and one primary bathroom, and the owner wanted to add a second bathroom for guests and to add interior laundry. We obtain permits through city of Lakewood to add the second bathroom on the back end of the existing garage.
